Making cookies is one of businesses in the Philippines. In the Bustos, Bulacan, they are making cookies called Minasa, their food delicacy in the town. Particularly the minasa served as a snack on the season of festivities in the town of Bustos Bulacan. Then it is also given as a "pasalubong." or gifts. Molding Minasa is time consuming and hard to mold because they are done manually. The development of minasa molder machine was intended to producing Minasa cookies of Bustos, Bulacan. The minasa molder machine was designed with a capability to mold large number of cookies. It was developed with engraved wood and engineering plastic rollers, where the minasa will be processed. The conveyors are designed for the continuous molding of minasa. It was fabricated with an acrylic cover and stainless steel.. Based on the efficiency testing of the machine, it found out that it has a 0 output because the minasa mixture sticks in the wood roller. Further, the prototype was evaluated by thirty (30) evaluators and obtained a rating of "Good" with an overall mean of 3.28. The Minasa Molder needs more improvement and further study to successfully develop a new one. The minasa did not meed the objectives of the prototype. --Author's Abstract
