This abstract presents a web-based barangay management system designed to provide administrative processes and enhance citizen engagement in barangays. The system utilizes web technologies to digitize and automate resident management, service request management, and public communication tasks. By leveraging the system, barangay officials can efficiently manage resident records and service requests, while residents can conveniently submit requests, track progress, and receive updates. The design aims to improve administrative efficiency, reduce response time, increase citizen satisfaction, and promote transparency in governance. Its successful pilot implementation demonstrates its potential to revolutionize local government and empower communities. Future work includes scalability and integration considerations for broader implementation. --Author's Abstract.
