The main objective of this study is the development of a Technology Management Framework (adoption and transfer) for Electrical Engineering Works in Negros Occidental. The study employed the descriptive research disign. The respondents of the study were project managers, project supervisors, project engineers, and electrical technician specialists engaged in Electrical Engineering Works specifically those indulged in the construction and installation of Electrical Works within Negros Occidental. This paper explored the possibility of corning up with a Technology Management Framework for Technology Adoption and Transfer for Electrical Engineering Works considering capitalization, operational cost, technology, Techniques, Scheduling, and Manpower capabilities. The proposed framework for Electrical Engineering Works can be used as a guide by companies and contractors of electrical engineering works. A well-defined development plan for a technology management framework for engineering works was established in this study for both the contractor and the company. The study further identified six (6) components of the Technology Management Framework for Technology Adoption and Transfer that if embedded in the Electrical Engineering curriculum can ensure a better seamless and coherent list of courses -Author's Abstract
