The study developed a Parking Management System with Mall Directory which sought to present a solution for the clients on having an easier way of searching for parking space and stores located inside the mall. The website application was designed with the following features; real-time parking monitoring, updating mall information and parking information, printing of daily reports and reloading balances for mobile users. While the features of the mobile application are the mall directory, QR code generation and viewing of parking spaces that runs in any android OS with versions five up to the latest. The ParkMan system obtained an overall mean rating of 3.4. This conveys that the study was Highly Acceptable; which helps the user based on ISO 25010 that measures the performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, portability, and maintainability of the applications.--Author's Abstract
