The study developed an Accreditation Management System for the TUP-Manila Colle of Science. It is a web-based application that provides a repository of documents. The objectives of the study are the following: (a) enable users to save, copy, upload, download, search and browse documents, (b) automatically sort uploaded files, record and documents, (c) notification dashboard module, (d) recycle bin, and (e) monitor us activity logs. The tools that was used to develop the system are: Ruby on Rails, HTM SCSS/CSS, JavaScript, SQLite and text-editor. The system was evaluated by 30 respondents composed of 20 CS and IT students and 10 IT Professionals using ISO 9 Instrument to measure its quality. It was evaluated in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability.--Author's Abstract.
