The study developed the Project Cost Estimation and AutoCAD File Management System with the following objectives (1) Management of construction materials and its supplier; (2) Estimates Project Cost; (3) Search engine (such as records from Jan-Feb);
(4) Convert AutoCAD File to PDF File; (5) Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports. The system was developed using Visual Studio as the programming tool and MySQL as the database. The evaluation was done by 50 respondents composed of 2 IT professionals and 48 College of Science students. The acceptability of the project was based on the criteria for software quality of ISO 25010. Based on the results of evaluation, the system was rated highly acceptable. --Author's Abstract.
