The goal of this study, Development of Sentiment Analysis for TUP Manila Offices, aims to provide a medium in where students, faculties, staffs, and visitor express their sentiment towards a particular office, in which can be shown in a graphical representation where it shows the volume of data and the performance of each office. It also has the feature of understanding Filipino sentences. The development of the system used web applications and libraries such as Bootstrap, Query, Highcharts, Font Awesome, TextBlob and MySQL. Over 31 different evaluators, composed of students, faculty, staffs, employees, and visitors were used for the testing of the system and the results showed that the requirement was met in terms of the systems functionality and reliability. With the usage of the ISO 25010:2011 standards, the overall mean of 4.46 shows excellent in quality, in terms of being useful towards different users that is target by the system.--Author's Abstract.
