"This research introduces the Technological University of the Philippines Manila
Multipurpose Cooperative (TUPMPC) as one of the key players in extending financial
support or funds to it members. In fact, by focusing on providing service its members and
offering, for instance, loans to each other within the cooperative, it tries to contribute to
increasing the financial literacy of the parties concerned as well as their quality of life in
general. However, the capacity to manage the grant- lending processes may indeed be very
hard when the number of members and the number of the loan applications are also
increasing. This result highlights the lack of an effective method in tracking the loan given
out to the members by the cooperative, therefore leading to the implementation of TUPMPC
Loan Management System. This technological solution encompasses all aspects of
managing loans and tries to eliminate the challenges of managing loans with the help of
modern technologies for automation and optimization of the various stages of managing
loans. Some of the notable characteristics of the TUPMPC Loan Management System
include the following: member space: the system will incorporate a member space, which
will provide information and services relevant to the member. It will allow the members to
apply for loans from the online application and Department, check the status of their loan
applications, and observe the repayment terms and conditions. While borrowers have only
the access to their loan application status and repayment history, administrators hold a full
list of all applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments available in a handy list
format. This goes a long way in making all the stakeholders aware of the progress of the
loan application, as well as making it possible for them to access information on the same.

environment, XAMPP with PHP is was. This is done to assist and facilitate the easy process
of lending and checking the history of loan or members by using TUPMMPC in the process." -- Author's Abstract
