Many studies have been carried out over the years to evaluate the efficiency of dental clinic
management systems, with a focus on patient data management and appointment scheduling. But
with new methods, tools, and technological advancements, these management systems have to be
improved to become more efficient and to take a more patient-centered approach. In order to
improve clinic management and patient experience, this thesis presents the development of a web-
based Dental Clinic Management System (DCMS). The DCMS's primary objectives are to
enhance administrative duties, increase record-keeping, expand user capabilities, and improve
clinic operations. The system has features for managing patient records, scheduling appointments,
and processing transactions. Several test cases focused on functionality, compatibility, usability,
and performance which were applied to each module to ensure the system functions properly and
integrates flawlessly. The acceptability of the system was assessed in accordance with ISO 25010,
and information was gathered from 30 respondents via a survey questionnaire using a Likert scale.
The evaluation's findings demonstrated that the DCMS successfully satisfied the needs of patients
and dental clinic employees in terms of functionality, performance, usability, reliability, security,
and portability, with an overall weighted mean of 3.66, described it as "Highly Acceptable. In
summary, with enhanced features for appointment scheduling, user management, and record-
keeping, the DCMS has shown to be a useful tool for overseeing and improving dental clinic
operations. Future development should focus on including other features like real-time chat, AI
integration, push alerts, inventory management, and Google account sign-up/login.
