This research focuses on creating an RFID multi-purpose cabinet and monitoring system for the TUPQ computer laboratory owing to lost tracking on the equipment and inability to retrieve. Students and faculty at ICPET do not have lockers in the laboratory. That is why academics propose for a system in which a cabinet can function without physical keys but requires an identity key. .This RFID multi-purpose cabinet includes a register and login feature for only authorized personnel, such as faculty and students in the field
of computer. The RFID multi-purpose cabinet's function is to keep computer-related equipment and hand tools such as crimping tools, LAN cables, routers, and hubs. The prototype connects to a mobile application called TUPAPP, which can access
components such as the ESP-WROOM-32 Microcontroller, relay, and delete a user. It also has two separate functions for instructors or students: they can check records of who uses the cabinet and have admin access. Admin has its own access code to control and monitor the logs and users. Because it has the ability to remove logs and open and lock the system without identity, it is up to the administrators to grant faculty access. The prototype can be controlled via WiFi transmission as long as the mobile app is linked to a LAN connection and has access to the system. The responders are computer and electrical engineering students and faculty from TUPQ Lopez. The device received a rating of 4.6, indicating a very acceptable descriptive rating in terms of functionality, economy, workability, safety.
