Introducing a Murphy Bed equipped with integrated ultraviolet (UV) Ozone sanitation technology can offer substantial advantages to consumers, particularly in terms of enhanced hygiene and convenience. By analyzing the inherent advantages of its functions, the user will be able to obtain benefits from the product.
This study introduces a modular Murphy bed that has been specifically designed for use in both home and commercial settings. The objective of the MEMORA project is to create a versatile and effective furniture solution called the Multifunctional Modular Murphy Bed, which maximizes the use of space. This innovative bed combines a sleeping area with modular components that prevent the spread of infections and address the problem of overcrowded living spaces. By implementing this approach, it is feasible to alleviate social and economic difficulties in restricted regions and make a significant impact in combating the spread of various diseases.
The essay examines the project's methodologies, theoretical concepts, and results. Additionally, it presents novel linkages, investigations, and methodologies for prospective studies in the domains of industrial design and interior design for both residential and commercial environments. Furthermore, it examines the incorporation of design thinking, modern designer methodologies, building expertise, and material understanding in the corporate domain.
The survey results indicated that the participants gave the project's design a high rating. This indicates that the project was extremely successful, as demonstrated by the detailed assessment of "Excellent" in aspects of utility, durability, workability, aesthetics, safety, and economy. Finally, the participants assigned an average score of 4.52 to the application element.
In essence, this research primarily examines the concept of reality, emphasizing the design process and the important functionalities of MEMORA.
