Entrepreneurship is a program where students learn the ways of entrepreneurs. The researchers noticed that TUP-Manila conducts a tracer study but there is no specific tracer study for BSEnM. They also noticed upon checking that the records of the school were not updated. Thus, researchers wanted to contribute by including their data in the tracer study. Another thing that has been noticed to the attention of the researchers is that the GTS is generally constructed and there’s no specific instrument that can be used for BSEnM. The researchers used a qualitative descriptive design to conduct the study and use a purposive sampling method and to get the sample size of the respondents, Cochran's Formula was used. The survey instrument was modified from CHED GTS and was disseminated via messenger, email, LinkedIn, and contact numbers. In conclusion, most of the respondents are female bachelor graduates who are single and reside in NCR. They are employed in the industries that are related to the entrepreneurial field and pursue their first and current jobs with the influence of the salary and benefits. Most of them land their job and stay within a year or two and when it comes to the competencies they learned from their university time management, communication and problem-solving are the skills they acquired. Majority of the graduates were motivated to start their business because of financial gains, personal interest or passion, the freedom of making their own choices, flexibility of time and potential growth. However, despite these skills respondents said that the financial barriers, insufficient knowledge, limited network and connections, weak branding and complicated operational issues limit them from starting up their own business.
