fries making into a single unit, known as the Integrated Semi-Automated Emery Barrel Potato
Peeler and Hand-operated Fries Maker. The study delves into the design, components, and

and product quality in potato processing. With a focus on the Philippines' rising potato
consumption, the research discusses the demand for processed potato products and the role of
semi-automated potato slicer machines in streamlining the slicing process. The main objective
is to fabricate a "Semi-Automated Potato Washer & Peeler with Hand-Operated Potato Slicer
and Cutter" to produce ready-to-cook potato French fries efficiently. Specific objectives
include designing a multi-functional machine, fabricating a prototype, testing its performance,
