This work introduces the PC-Based Multi-Functional Interactive System, which is
designed to enhance campus navigation and provide readily accessible information
administration at the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP). The system
resolves issues related to the location of fundamental facilities, such as buildings and
departments, for the benefit of university faculty, students, and visitors. The system
addresses issues related to the location of buildings, departments, and other essential
facilities for university faculty, students, and visitors. Engineered as an economical and
rapid alternative to traditional navigation systems, the system features an interactive 3D
campus map, a comprehensive school information hub, and a directory of student
organizations. The concept promises a user-friendly interface that will help to effectively
analyze university resources access and campus designs. The system was improved by
iterative development in response to user feedback using the Agile technique, therefore
producing high degrees of dependability and functionality. Reaching an overall weighted
mean of 3.89 with categories of functionality, efficacy, and safety getting ratings of "Very
Good" to "Excellent," Currently only available at one academic site, the technology is PC-
oriented. It is working remarkably well, and there are lots of chances for future
improvements to raise its accessibility to a wider range of devices. This investigation
explores the potential of interactive technology to facilitate the navigation of campuses and
the management of personal information.
