This thesis proposes a new development in Carmona City: the relocation and integration of a Public Market, Pasalubong Center, and Transport Terminal. Aimed at addressing the limitations of the existing market, the project supports MSMEs, promotes local culture, and enhances urban mobility. Through site analysis and stakeholder consultations, the study identifies a more strategic location to accommodate future growth, improve traffic flow, and provide a centralized hub for commerce and transportation. The design highlights cultural identity, economic functionality, and sustainable urban planning. By merging tradition with innovation, this development aspires to strengthen Carmona’s community life and contribute to its long-term progress.
