The research aims to conduct an effective advocacy campaign using a user-friendly, interactive 3D persona mobile app called Tadaa, featuring the persona TATA. This study aims on raising awareness of employee inclusivity for people with Down syndrome. Data was collected from company/business owners, employers or managers, and employees that may or may not have worked with individuals with Down syndrome, and guardians of individuals with Down syndrome. The findings showed that majority supports inclusive hiring (71.43%), despite only 4.76% having direct experience in working with individuals with Down syndrome. 80.20% of the participants found the 3D Persona (design-wise) to be the most beneficial feature of the mobile application, and majority strongly agreed that the 3D Persona help in understanding the skills of employees with Down syndrome. Other preferred app features included communication tools (62.86%), training modules (57.14%), and a resource library (81.90%). This study concludes that the Tadaa mobile application ad campaign addresses the gaps in inclusivity but also develops of how technology, and advocacy can connect one another to create a meaningful change.
