Summary, etc. Every organization experiences an emergency at some point. Even a few minutes faster or later emergency response can mean the difference between life and death. Nowadays, majority of emergency response systems are designed for external responders. Only a few types of studies concentrate on the individual responding to an emergency as the first line of defense. This study aimed to develop an Integrated Technology Management Framework for Risk Reduction and Emergency Response that may be used to provide voice-based emergency escape indoor navigation to persons attempting to flee a building in the event of a fire or earthquake. The framework is divided into four components: disaster preparedness, disaster response, technology and disaster recovery. The building management being referred to in this framework is disaster preparedness, which includes process of counting, localizing, and installing beacons. The framework provides an improved disaster emergency response that integrates mobile application and voice assistance through beacons. This aids people in evacuating a building in an emergency, hence lowering the likelihood of fatalities. The framework was formulated using the Delphi method and is based on the consensus inputs of experts in building management and emergency response. The framework is useful in any structure that complies with the Philippine National Building Code and Fire Code. Respondents to the study unanimously agreed that the created framework might significantly improve emergency response in the built environment, hence reducing or eliminating disaster risks-Author's Abstract.
