Summary, etc. "This study was conducted to determine the administrators' hard and soft skills as predictors of institutional performance of SUCS in CALABARZON, as input to enhanced Administrators' competence. The respondents of the study. were the 194 SUC administrators 5 of which, were top administrators in the (5) Region IV-A.<br/>The descriptive research method was used with the predictive method to determine the influence of respondents' profile, the hard and soft skills as predictors of institutional performance of SUCS. The data gathering instrument used was researcher-made questionnaire- checklist assessed and validated by members of the research panel. The frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used as statistical tools to describe the condition of the variables. Regression analysis was used in the study to find the degree to which the hard and soft skills of respondents influence the institutional performance of SUCS. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used as the statistical program for data processing.<br/>The findings revealed that institutional performance of SUCS in CALABARZON is predicted by affiliation to professional organizations of adminsitrators as hard skills, as it significantly predict passing percentage in Board examinations (B = .971). The AACCUP accreditation is similarly significantly influenced by affiliation to professional organizations of adminsitrators as hard skills of SUC administrators (B = .884). SUC Institutional performance is predicted by general ethics skills of administrators as soft skills, as it significantly predict the AACCUP accreditation level of the institution (B = 235). The ISO certification of SUCS is likewise significantly influenced by general ethics skills of SUC administrators ((B = -,351). All other independent variables have no significant influence on the performance of state colleges and universities in the region. Whereas, not all the independent variables chosen for the study do not significantly predict the institutional performance, thus, the null hypothesis stating that the management soft skills, in terms of communication, general ethics, time management, problem solving/critical thinking and leadership, do not significantly predict the performance of SUCS is partially accepted- Author's abstract."<br/>
