This thesis aimed to help in improving the management and organization of client<br/>projects at CQL Business Consultancy Services by developing a Web-based Client<br/>Project Management System. The identified problems were addressed by the system<br/>since it has features that include task assignment by the project administrators to other<br/>project members, a storage of templates for the projects, and its ability to generate the<br/>financial reports about the projects. It used PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript to<br/>develop a web-based system through which projects could be tracked, clients dealt with,<br/>and tasks managed. In the backend structure, XAMPP was used for the purposes of<br/>management databases or other server-related issues. After analyzing the system, it has<br/>been found that the system improved the processes of handling of the job which had a<br/>decrease in manual error and also increased efficiency. It satisfies the current needs of<br/>a competent project management tool in small and medium businesses and forms the<br/>basis for future development concerning real-time data analysis and AI integration. |
