Summary, etc. Majority of the Filipinos use cars as a mode of transportation. In Metro Manila,<br/>more than a thousand cars fill the main roads, thus these cars are parked within the vicinity<br/>of the establishment where the consumer wants to. Thousands of cars are generated and<br/>owned each day, and this may bring discomfort when certain parking establishments could<br/>not accommodate any longer. Another problem is most of the consumers find a hard time<br/>when looking for a parking slot, decreasing their enthusiasm, therefore leaving them<br/>dissatisfied. It is a major loss when an establishment cannot address a situation like the<br/>inefficiency of parking systems. The goal of the study is to alleviate the discomfort of<br/>consumers in using parking systems, thus developing a parking system for generating<br/>specific slots. The system was achieved by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)<br/>modules for detecting automobiles to lead it to a certain slot, thus minimizing the time<br/>consumed when looking for it. The majority of the respondents have agreed on patronizing<br/>the project if it would be implemented in the future, garnering an average of 87.3%.<br/>Different tests were made to see the improvement in using the study compared to current<br/>parking systems available in the establishments.
