Summary, etc. Quail farming is a rising industry, which makes the demands for quail eggs increase, which
makes managing a quail farm a strenuous responsibility. When quail farming fails to operate
on the farm properly, many issues arise, such as overcrowding. It is a common problem in
quail farming that causes irrevocable damage to both quail and farmers, such as dead quail and
broken eggs. It is mainly caused by the overcrowding of the cage or a lack of feed. Studies and
solutions were proposed for this problem. However, it lacks reliability, functional stability, and
efficiency when detecting dead quails and collecting eggs. This research aims to aid quail
farming by easing the overcrowding of cages and helping the farmers in their operational
management by automating the system for feeding and watering using motors and sensors, as
well as the egg collection using sensors and checking the farm using the cam that it's all
connected through mobile application. It was designed through a plan, design, develop, test,
deploy, and review of the “Automated Quail Farming System." The authors innovated a system
to manage quail farming easily through the Agile Methodology, based on the Functionality
Test, and it has a 100% passing result on all iterations. The system successfully passed the
evaluation based on criteria described by ISO 25010-2011 quality models with a 4.61 out of
five-point Likert scale and a qualitative interpretation of Excellent.
