Summary, etc. This study focused on developing and evaluating a Portable Personal Hygiene system<br/>designed to provide an easy and efficient sanitation solution for campers. Traditional<br/>camping hygiene setups often fall short in terms of efficiency and real-time monitoring,<br/>which can lead to problems like running out of supplies or not being able to track inventory.<br/>To address these issues, this project incorporated microcontroller and NodeMCU to<br/>improve the dispensing and management of hygiene products. The system integrated both<br/>hardware and software to dispense products, create private spaces, and monitor inventory<br/>in real time. was built using durable galvanized steel and runs on solar power, making it<br/>both practical and eco-friendly for outdoor use. Therefore, this study’s objectives involved<br/>developing and evaluating such a system by integrating hardware components like Arduino<br/>Mega microcontroller and ESP8266 NodeMCU for data transmission and inventory<br/>monitoring for software functionalities, including data analytics, and notification for sold<br/>stock, added stock and low stock notification. Evaluation by a diverse user group revealed<br/>positive assessment across functionality, performance efficiency, usability, reliability,<br/>safety and security. The overall mean score of 4.48 further validates the system’s<br/>effectiveness and user acceptance, signifying a “Very Acceptable” level of performance.<br/><br/>Keywords: Portable Personal Hygiene System, microcontroller and ESP8266<br/>NodeMCU, Inventory monitoring, data analytics, notification, solar power
