Summary, etc. This study aims to develop equipment that will help maintain the vehicle's undercarriage.<br/>The thesis study titled "Development of Hydraulic Car Ramp Lifter" was created to<br/>ergonomically aid the hardship experienced by auto mechanics while lifting vehicles and<br/>help reduce time while repairing components under the vehicle. The car ramp structure<br/>comprises an angle bar and a flat bar; the main components are a hydraulic bottle jack, DC<br/>motor, steering pump, steel tube, telescopic square tube, power push button, and steel plate.<br/>The DC motor drives the steering pump using mechanical energy, and the steering pump<br/>generates hydraulic energy. The equipment can lift a vehicle weighing up to 5,000 kg<br/>without difficulty. It can be lifted to 600 mm. Using the steering pump and DC motor, the<br/>light vehicles can be lifted in 11 to 16 seconds. There is a significant difference in the<br/>speed of operation using the manual method with the jack and using the equipment<br/>developed by the researchers. Fifty respondents assessed the project prototype's outcome<br/>in terms of functionality, aesthetics, durability, workability, ergonomics, and safety. The<br/>overall average mean is 4.74, with a “highly acceptable” descriptive rating. The prototype<br/>has shown promising results from the six evaluation criteria, and the car ramp with<br/>hydraulic jack operation can perform the intended task.<br/>Keywords: car ramp, hydraulic car ramp, car lifter, inclined lifter, hydraulic lifter
