Summary, etc. Personnel recruitment is important in the success of human resource management. [Moreover], a strong recruitment process helps improve morale within the workplace by bringing in candidates who fit well within the culture of the company Many recruitment systems are not adequate anymore for the present needs of employers and jobseekers. The development of an online recruitment management system was undertaken to address the problem. Among others, Hypertext Pre-Processor, Visual Studio (C#), as well as XAMMP (Cross-Platform, Apache, MariaDB, PHP, and Perl) were used in the process development. The resulting prototype system caters to betted and registered users. It provides fast and easy access as well as adequate data security; generates needed updates; and efficiently manages existing records. Available positions, job descriptions, employers’ and candidates’ profiles are updated and show real time. The system’s progress tracker shows the status of each application. The system functioned and operated as expected during the technical tests. Stakeholders composed of 30 respondents evaluated the prototype as excellent using the TUP evaluation instrument obtained a grand mean of 4.96.<br/><br/>KEYWORDS: online, recruitment, human resource, progress tracker
