Summary, etc. This study aimed to develop a semi-automatic multi-shearing machine that<br/>would enhance the efficiency, time effectiveness, and safety of cutting metal bars.<br/>The objectives focused on designing a machine with efficient and accurate cutting<br/>capabilities, capable of handling a range of metal sizes and types, and ensuring user<br/>safety and ease of use. The fabrication of the machine utilized high-quality materials,<br/>and the prototype successfully demonstrated its functionality in cutting flat bars,<br/>round bars, and square bars of various thicknesses. The evaluation of the prototype<br/>yielded a high level of acceptability, indicating satisfaction with its durability,<br/>functionality, aesthetics, workability, efficiency, ergonomics, and safety. The<br/>acceptability of development of semi-automatic multi-shearing machine in terms of<br/>functionality 4.43, aesthetics 4.39, workability 4.56, durability 4.41, safety 4.50,<br/>efficiency 4.62, and ergonomics 4.59, overall garnered 4.50 with descriptive rate<br/>“Very Acceptable” on the gathered data from respondents by using the survey form.<br/>The comparison between metal hand saw, oxy-acetylene, and the prototype is based<br/>on cutting 2mm, 3mm, and 6mm flat bar and 3mm, 6mm, 9mm round bar and square<br/>bar, the testing procedures with the comparison of cutting speed capacity and cutting<br/>accuracy were tested and proved that this prototype's work is accurate.<br/>Keywords: shearing machine, shearing process, precision cutting
