This study focuses on the culture experienced by Generation Z workers in Metro Manila<br/>as they transition to their workplace for the first time. Using descriptive research design<br/>and quantitative techniques, it examines individual and workplace variables that affect<br/>employee and workplace engagement. Data was collected from 200 respondents through<br/>questionnaires administered via Google Forms, focused on demographics, culture shock<br/>factors, and engagement levels. The research questions focus on the role of individual<br/>factors, employee engagement factors, and workplace engagement factors in the<br/>adjustment process of Generation Z employees. It examines the ways in which these factors<br/>influence self-performance, work-life balance, and productivity that are central to<br/>reintegration into the workforce. As a result, the research offers a comprehensive analysis<br/>of the difficulties faced by the members of Generation Z at their first workplaces and the<br/>ways they manage them. Therefore, presenting the factors that explain their cultural<br/>experiences, the study offers the view on how organizational culture is changing at a time<br/>of adjustment. It reveals the necessity of positive attitudes and policies in organizations,<br/>effective leadership, and supportive policies for new employees.
