The ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED DESIGNS is a small business with a kind of<br/>Sole proprietorship wherein one (1) owner has five (5) investors in the industry. This<br/>business offers nine (9) different wood products such as Shop Booths, Cabinets, Pen<br/>Holder, Organizer, Laptop Stand, Shoe Organizer, Laptop Stand Screw-Less, Tissue Holder Rectangle, and Tissue holder Squares. Also, Artisan offers customized wood<br/>products and on-hand designs or layouts with 3D samples so that the customers can<br/>visualize the designs. They can add personalized ideas to their wood product order. Since<br/>the ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED DESIGNS prioritize Corporate Social Responsibility,<br/>the packaging is recycled, and all the orders will be packed using the used but cleaned box<br/>and bubble wrap to ensure the quality of the products throughout the delivery and<br/>transportation of the orders with the partner's courier. The wood that will be used to make<br/>the products is marine plywood, which is better and lasts longer. In the production area, all<br/>the staff will make sure their assigned job is accomplished and double-check all the<br/>product's quality. The business will be located at 3B Milkyway Street, Barangay<br/>Moonwalk, Paranaque City. The tagline of ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED DESIGNS<br/>business is "Your Reliable Wood-Crafted Partners which consists of six (6) employees<br/>such as the owner, manager, marketing head, production head, technical and maintenance<br/>head, and faculty and security head.<br/>The proponents of the business aim to ensure every item focuses on detailed and<br/>long-lasting quality. To assess and manage the essential legal requirements of the<br/>organization. To produce customized designs preferred by the customers and to maintain<br/>environmentally friendly materials and procedures. ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED<br/>DESIGNS have different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,<br/>and Telegram to communicate and answer the inquiries of customers who want to order<br/>online. The target market of the ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED DESIGNS business is<br/>Full-time students, Office Workers, Government employees, and Household parents with<br/>a 4,000 below monthly income and allowance. Also, these target markets are willing to<br/><br/>xii<br/>spend their money on products below five hundred (500) pesos. To ensure the safety of all<br/>staff, the ARTISAN WOOD-CRAFTED DESIGNS business will give a uniform to each<br/>employee, which they can wear inside the premises of the industry during office hours from<br/>8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also, for the staff identity, they will have their own ID with a lanyard<br/>to easily identify the employees of the business. All staff in the production area will wear<br/>protective gear for their safety when making wood products. |
