Summary, etc. The climate of the Philippines is tropical and maritime. It is characterized by relatively<br/>high temperatures, high humidity, and abundant rainfall. It leads to the idea of producing<br/>an insulation board using Rice Hull and Aluminum Laminates as raw materials and Epoxy<br/>as a binder. This study aimed to determine the physical and mechanical, and temperature<br/>resistance of the board using the proposed mix designs. It aimed to produce new alternative<br/>raw materials for manufactured insulation boards using agricultural and solid waste that<br/>could be a great help in providing construction materials. The production started to gather<br/>all materials, prepare materials, mixing, molding, pressing boards, and cure for 3 days,<br/>followed by trimming and testing the board's property tests per mix designs. All boards<br/>were subjected to a series of testing in accordance with PNS 230:1989 type 150. The<br/>Physical properties were conducted to determine the water absorption and thickness<br/>swelling of the boards and the Mechanical properties which are the Modulus of Rupture,<br/>Internal Bond, and Face Screw Holding tests were conducted, and for Thermal Properties,<br/>the researchers improvised thermal testing to determine the Temperature Resistance of the<br/>board. The Board was evaluated by 30 evaluators composed of Civil engineering students,<br/>Civil Engineers, and Construction Skilled laborers. The board was rated with an overall<br/>mean of "Very Acceptable". It states that the Insulation Board using Rice hull - Aluminum<br/>Laminate and Epoxy as a binder is qualified as a construction material that can be used in<br/>the construction industry.
