Summary, etc. The goal of the study, Development of Pipe Beveler Machine, was to address<br/>the issue of beveling Black Iron Pipe. The prototype has a maximum bevel angle of<br/>55 degrees. The Frame, Gear Motor, Inverter, Oxy-Acetylene Cutting Torch, Rod,<br/>Black Iron Pipe, Cold Rolled Steel, Tubing, Tool Steel, Sprocket, Spring, Sprocket<br/>Chain, Ball Bearing, Bolts, and Knuts are the key components of the Beveling<br/>Machine. A test was done utilizing the prototype Oxy-Acetylene (Manual) and Speed<br/>Cutter to ascertain the work speed in a comparative study. Result indicated that 4 mm<br/>Iron Pipe that obtained 1 minute, the prototype is efficient, safe and simple to use<br/>compared to Oxy Acetylene (Manual) which took 4 minutes and 8 seconds spent 7<br/>minutes on Speed Cutter. The inspection of the prototype has shown a high level of<br/>acceptance, indicating satisfaction with functionality, aesthetics, workability,<br/>efficiency, safety and ergonomics. The viability of pipe beveler machine development<br/>in terms of functionality 4.43, aesthetics 4.44, workability 4.33, efficiency 4.37, safety<br/>4.45, and ergonomics 4.43. It received an overall mean score of 4.41 and descriptive<br/>score “Very Acceptable”, 38 respondents chosen through purposive sample evaluated<br/>the prototype using a validate tool, demonstrating the prototype’s efficacy and<br/>beveling black iron pipe.
