Summary, etc. This study was developed to help people manage headaches with the use of a
headgear massager. This prototype will come with an application that will help the user
control the headgear based on the user’s satisfaction and what makes them comfortable
while using the prototype. The system's goal is to provide a relaxing feeling and
convenience by customizing massage techniques with the touch of technology. The
headgear is made with massaging mode and adjustable intensity levels, all of which can be
controlled through a mobile application. Results indicate a significant improvement in
relaxation and reduction in stress levels among users, with high ratings for usability and
overall satisfaction. The findings suggest that the smartphone-controlled headgear massage
system offers a practical and effective solution for stress relief and relaxation,
demonstrating the potential for widespread application in personal wellness and therapeutic
practices. The prototype was tested and evaluated by 25 people, 24 are commoners from
school who experience headaches and 1 is a doctor. The Participants were asked to use the
headgear massager device to gather information and feedback that the researcher could
take note of, and the results were the following: comfortability, usability, and effectiveness.
