Summary, etc. The study focused on Aimsun Next Software to simulate the impact of the Metro<br/>Manila Subway Project (MMSP) on Bonifacio Global City as a transportation system. The<br/>information was gathered by conducting an online survey on various social media<br/>platforms using Google forms, requesting data from the Bonifacio Global City Traffic<br/>Management Bureau and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA),<br/>lastly use feasibility study done by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as<br/>a reference.<br/><br/>The study used a microscopic/macroscopic traffic simulation modeling software<br/>application called Aimsun Next to compare the before and aftereffects of the Metro Manila<br/>Subway Project when it is built in the study area. Aimsun Next provides a realistic and<br/>detailed overview of the status quo of traffic flow, as well as acceleration and deceleration<br/>of surrounding behavior.<br/><br/>The study reveals that once the MMSP is built and at full capacity and service in<br/>the study area, traffic volume and road congestion will be reduced by 30%. Furthermore,<br/>the MMSP was chosen by 97.2 percent of commuters as their first mode of transportation<br/>to Bonifacio Global City, according to an online survey. As a result, this study recommends<br/>that expanding mass transportation can provide a significant reduction in the Philippines'<br/>never-ending traffic congestion problem, as well as a significant boost to economic growth.
