Summary, etc. Charging systems are prevalent in society. PV and TEG Based system inefficiency are the<br/>main predicament. The researchers aim to provide an efficient energy supply to<br/>marginalized communities by providing an alternative power source for small electrical<br/><br/>devices during emergencies. To address this the researchers proposed a design of a box-<br/>type electric generator and a configuration of a Peltier Module. The researchers developed<br/><br/>the system using the hybrid of Agile and Prototyping Methodology; it was assessed in<br/>terms of its Functionality, Efficiency, Safety, and User Acceptance and evaluated using<br/>ISO 25010:2023. Using the Likert Scale test results showed that the system functionality<br/>scale is 4.8. In terms of efficiency is 3.3, safety 3.3 with an overall average of 4.0. The<br/>hazard analysis test results are (48) Based on standard FMEA scoring, an RPN of 48 falls<br/>into a moderate risk category. Respondents evaluated the system as “Very Good” across<br/>all the criteria mentioned resulting to 4.1. It is aligned with the TUP R&D<br/>Agenda “N”-New Knowledge, etc., UN SDG Goal 7—Affordable and Clean Energy, and<br/>Goal 9—Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. Through the researcher’s system, it’ll<br/>provide the mentioned marginalized communities convenience and improve their quality<br/>of life.
