Summary, etc. The Thermoelectric Hot and Cold-Water Dispenser with an adoption of Air-Cooler uses<br/>the cooling and heating effects of thermoelectric modules, aimed at enhancing comfort and<br/>hydration in a variety of environmental settings. Through various conditions such as hot<br/>humid areas and musty surroundings that cause health issues to the people and other living<br/>beings. The research study developed a Thermoelectric Hot and Cold-Water Dispenser<br/>with an adoption of Air-Cooler using locally sourced materials such as Caster Wheels,<br/>Plywood's, Angle Bar, Metal Sheet. The prototype is made up of 21 primary parts that<br/>show the function of a Thermoelectric. Including Cooling Blocks, Power Supply, Pump,<br/>Radiator, Soft tube and Thermoelectric Module. A thorough conduct was used to determine<br/>the performance of an air-cooler with a dispenser that utilizes a thermoelectric module<br/>Functionality, Aesthetics, Workability, Durability, Economy, and Safety. A user evaluated<br/>by a total of 50 users (24 students, 13 consumers, and 13 professionals) gave 4.14 ratings,<br/>with a testing result of cold water of 10.1 degrees in 1-hour, warm water of 44.5 degrees<br/>in 1 hour and 27 degrees of air from the air-cooler showing a very good sign of its<br/>effectiveness Furthermore, the adoption of Air-Cooler can also elevate hydration that can<br/>reduce health issues. The study shows that the air-cooler with thermoelectric module is a<br/>reliable and efficient product, offering significant value to users in terms of performance,<br/>cost-effectiveness, and safety.
