Employment status and feedback from graduates is an essential resource for<br/>evaluating employability and higher education quality. This paper describes The<br/>University of the Philippines Alumni Tracking System (TUPATS) and its<br/>relevance to higher education especially in managing alumni data and relationships<br/>in the cloud. It includes the basic functions of survey delivery, job posting, and<br/>email reporting of graduate employment results. Evaluation was conducted based<br/>on software quality criteria ISO/IEC 25010, including criteria such as Functional<br/>Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security,<br/>Maintainability and Portability. Using quantitative measures, the system shows a<br/>grand weighted mean score of 3.68, which correspond to Highly Acceptable. This<br/>suggests that TUPATS provides useful and feasible user experiences with good<br/>reliability and user-friendly operation for multiplatform use. The results indicate<br/>that the platform has potential for use as a resource by the higher education sector,<br/>to track alumni profiles, connect them to universities and other organizations,<br/>gather employability data and support ongoing program improvements. |
