Summary, etc. Liposuction is among the most performed cosmetic procedures for fat reduction<br/>and body contouring, but traditional methods carry health risks due to limited precision<br/>and heavy reliance on the surgeon’s expertise. Sculpt3D is a Smart Traditional Liposuction<br/>System designed to enhance accuracy using machine learning-based predictive modeling,<br/>3D body visualization, and real-time data monitoring.<br/>The system features a dual-function device combining aspiration and infiltration,<br/>using a piston vacuum pump for fat suction and a peristaltic pump for controlled anesthesia<br/>delivery. It is built with Arduino Mega and ESP8266 microcontrollers for real-time<br/>parameter tracking. A predictive model estimates fat aspiration volume pre-operatively<br/>based on anthropometric data.<br/>This study includes system design, model development, hardware implementation,<br/><br/>and software integration. A mobile app supports pre-operative 3D planning and post-<br/>operative recovery monitoring for both professionals and patients. System testing<br/><br/>evaluated model accuracy, infiltration efficiency, and aspiration performance under<br/>varying pressure levels.<br/>Results demonstrated strong clinical usability, technical performance, and model<br/>accuracy, confirming that Sculpt3D is a viable, efficient, and user-friendly advancement<br/>over traditional liposuction systems.
