The system addresses longstanding challenges in education data management,<br/>performance monitoring, curriculum assessment, and accreditation compliance. The<br/>NextGenCQI web application is designed to enhance Continuous Quality Improvement<br/>(CQI) in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) at the Electronics Engineering Department of<br/>the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. The system streamlines the<br/>collection. Analysis, and reporting of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Program<br/>Learning Outcomes (PLOs) attainment. Through the integration of a task-oriented artificial<br/>intelligence (AI), NextGenCQI offers real-time data analytics, natural language processing,<br/>predictive insights to support informed decision-making and curriculum enhancement. The<br/>development of the study includes the frontend development, backend development,<br/>database management, development of artificial intelligence chatbot using DeepSeek-V3-<br/>0324 model, and adding additional features such as home page, login page, dashboard page,<br/>forms page, and curriculum tools page. By utilizing the five subcategories of the System<br/>Efficiency, Security, and Deployment Stability: Reliability - Maturity, Quality in Use -<br/>Satisfaction, Usability - Operability, Performance Efficiency - Time Behavior, and<br/>Maintainability - Modifiability, it obtained an average of 4.37 from the students’ response<br/>and 4.08 from the faculty response. Hence, the mean of the efficiency and effectiveness of<br/>the whole web-app system is 4.28 which signifies a mutual agreement. |
