Summary, etc. The study focuses on developing a multifunction roller mill coffee grinder<br/>designed to enhance energy efficiency and grinding quality for coffee micro-enterprises.<br/>This innovative system incorporates synchronized roller mills, Arduino-based control<br/>systems, and integrated cooling and cleaning mechanisms to optimize operational<br/>performance. The grinder offers multiple grind sizes—such as coarse, regular, and<br/>fine—while ensuring minimal energy consumption and consistent output quality. The<br/>study aims to address critical challenges in coffee grinding, including high energy costs<br/>and consumption, maintenance, and environmental impact, by utilizing a sustainable and<br/>resource-efficient design. The methodology involves the integration of structural<br/>components, automation through Arduino programming, and systematic testing of key<br/>parameters such as energy efficiency, motor performance, grind quality, and overall<br/>performance. A flow process model ensures seamless operation, from feeding coffee<br/>beans to outputting ground coffee at various sizes, with real-time monitoring and adaptive<br/>cooling and cleaning systems to prevent overheating and remove the remaining residue<br/>respectively. The significance of this study lies in its potential to benefit<br/>micro-enterprises by reducing electricity costs, promoting sustainability, and enhancing<br/>productivity. Additionally, it opens avenues for future research on energy-efficient<br/>machinery for the food and beverage industry. Preliminary findings aim to demonstrate<br/>increased production capacity, energy efficiency, and high-quality outputs with precise<br/>grind sizes, contributing to the operational and economic growth of coffee<br/>micro-enterprises.
