This research aimed to lessen the physical labor involved in preparing biko while<br/><br/>preserving its texture. The process of mixing biko can be quite demanding, as it is time-<br/>consuming and requires significant physical effort to achieve the desired consistency. To tackle<br/><br/>these issues, the research investigated novel cooking techniques and equipment that could<br/>simplify the mixing process, making it more efficient and easier for home cooks.<br/><br/>The equipment is intended to increase production, improve the texture and consistency of biko,<br/>and lessen physical work for small-scale entrepreneurs in Pandi, Bulacan. It can produce 5kgs<br/>of biko in 1 hour of continuous cooking.<br/><br/>The development of a semi-automated cooking mixer for Biko offers a number of advantages,<br/>including enhanced efficiency, precise control, and user experience. By combining<br/>contemporary technology with traditional cooking methods, this product can help preserve<br/>cultural traditions while adapting to modern life. |
