Summary, etc. Motorcycle maintenance in low-tier repair shops often relies on homemade tools that are<br/>susceptible to downtime. This study aimed to address these challenges by designing a<br/>compact, multipurpose motorcycle lifter that integrates a shock tester and spring<br/>compressor. These essential tools for lifting motorcycles, testing suspensions, and<br/><br/>compressing springs are combined into a single, user-friendly device tailored for resource-<br/>constrained workshops. Traditional lifters are often expensive, bulky, and lack the<br/><br/>versatility required in small repair shops. To overcome these limitations, a hydraulic-<br/>powered lifter was developed using locally available materials. It features an integrated<br/><br/>shock tester for suspension evaluation without road testing and a spring compressor for<br/>safe and efficient repairs. Adjustable mounting clamps and T-shaped locking pins enhance<br/>safety and operational stability. Rigorous testing, including a comparative analysis for time<br/>efficiency trials and stability tests subjected to various weights, demonstrates the<br/>prototype’s improved performance compared to the traditional method. The results show<br/>less downtime of 22:48 minutes in spring compression and shock testing, which gathered<br/>a remarkable time efficiency improvement of 73.63% and maintained a balanced<br/>observation for its stability during lifting and lowering operations. The prototype’s overall<br/>evaluation rating of 4.50 proves that the prototype is functional and a reliable solution for<br/>improving the motorcycle maintenance process.
