Summary, etc. Traditional tuba harvesting in the Philippines requires a lot of processes that requires a lot<br/>of man power and had the issue in sanitary because of the exposure in the outside<br/>environment. This study aims to provide an innovative solution for efficient and safe tuba<br/>collection while monitoring the condition of the harvesting process. The device features a<br/>sensor-based monitoring system to detect tuba levels and environmental factors, notifying<br/>users of relevant data through LED indicators and SMS alerts. The project utilizes an<br/>Arduino Nano to manage operations, interface with sensors, and execute multiple tasks<br/>simultaneously Key components include a liquid level sensor to track the volume of<br/>collected tuba, ensuring proper harvesting levels. The system operates on a sustainable<br/>power supply, using a solar panel, rechargeable battery, and solar charge controller to avoid<br/>overcharging. The device was fabricated using SS304 stainless steel which are the standard<br/>materials for food grade application. The evaluation on the performance of the developed<br/>prototype is based on the 6 criteria namely: functionality, aesthetics, workability,<br/>durability, economy, and safety. The evaluation resulted in overall mean of 4.36 with a<br/>descriptive rating of “Very Acceptable”. Based on the evaluation and findings, this study<br/>can potentially help the Tuba farming industry become more efficient, low risk and higher<br/>quality of production.<br/>Keywords: LED, SMS, Tuba Harvesting Device, Liquid Level
