It is a compilation of the Board of Regents' approved policy guidelines and procedures on operatins and management of the university income generating projects. The UBAP is the entrepreneurship arm of the university and its experiences from 1992-2006 have been highlighted in this edition. The Handbook epitomizes the UBAP's contribution to CLSU's centennial celebration this year. The Handbook is a good guide and model not only to government-run schools but also to provide academic institutions that operate and manage IGPs.
