This research study, The Development of Hospital Accommodation Web and Android Application aims to help a user in an emergency crisis to find the nearest hospital from the user's location and to lessen the time needed for a patient to receive medical attention. The web application features an emergency dashboard where hospital owners and hospital managers can view patient requests, patient's personal and medical information, and accept or reject a patient's request. On the other hand, the android application features a hospital finder where a user can send an emergency request to the nearest hospital based on his her preference with just a click of a button. The web system was developed using MongoDB for database, Express js and Node js for backend, and React js with the addition of HTML5 and CSS for the frontend. In terms of developing the android application, Flutter was used for the frontend with packages Geolocator and Location for the sorting and finding of hospitals. The application was tested in a two-cycle test in a live environment. Based on the interpretation of the Likert Scale by 70 respondents using the ISO 25010 software quality model, the overall system evaluation obtained a weighted mean of 3.73 described as "Excellent/Highly Acceptable." These results shows that both the web and android application are functional and a reliable tool for its service and purpose.--Author's Abstract
