The railway personnel contribute in growth and development through the competent execution of their tasks and responsibilities in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every passenger. Railway personnel also face a lot of difficulties and challenges in the industry. There are different challenges encountered by the Philippine railway industry such as brain drain, negative publicity and technical glitches. Though, the challenges that were mentioned will help railway personnel to show, hone and improve their ingenuity and competence.
