Station personnel must know the existing rules and protocols in dealing with the passengers, especially during emergencies. They must also always remember the three golden rules of safety, the most important of which is the rule that the passengers' safety is our utmost priority. Dealing with the passengers' tickets after the train delay, stoppage of operations, and emergencies is also essential.
Ticket seller shall be knowledgeable in;
• Dealing with the passengers with ticket problems during train delays, stoppage of operation, and emergencies may cause delays.
• Apply crowd control measures during and after train delays, stoppage of operation, and emergencies. Advise the station supervisor immediately about the situation.
• Deal with the passengers with ticket-related problems after train delays, stoppage of operation, and emergencies.
Station personnel, especially the ticket sellers, should know how to deal with ticket-related problems and execute all emergency procedures on all kinds of station layouts, especially during emergencies.
