"The study was conducted to determine the Implementation of Senior High School Program in Selected Pioneer Public High School in National Capital Region and the Graduates' employability. The findings of the study served as the basis for determining the employability of the pioneer graduates of senior high school, for school year 2015 - 2016. The respondents of the study consist of 59 students and 34 teachers.
The descriptive method was used to describe the data of the study. A self-made questionnaire was revised by the researcher and was validated by the experts to determine its content and eventually subjected to pilot-test to validate its reliability. After finding its reliability, the validated questionnaires were administered by the researcher to the main respondents. Date gathered were all computerized process, using frequency, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation as statistical tool. To determine what factors predicted the Implementation of Senior High School and the Employability of Graduates, regression analysis was used. The statistical treatment of the data revealed that the respondents' profile has the following modal classes: Profile of the Graduates' were age of 14-16 years old with the frequency of 34 graduates or 57.6%; female graduates, 41 which is equivalent to 69.5%; family income, P31,000 above which is 34 or 57.6%; Parents education is College graduate has 46 or 78%; specialization are garments and computer with 26 or 44.1 %. The profile of the teachers - respondents according to age. Most of the teacher respondents belong to age bracket of 31 to 35 or 41.2%; Male has 19 or 55.9%; masters' degree has 16 or 47.1 %;Specialization has 14 on electrical 41.2%; Teachers' income has 23 or 67.8% for 21,000 — 30,000; National competency II which has 31 or 91.2%. The mean perception of the respondents in the implementation of senior high school program on Senior high school training has an overall mean of 4.20, rated and interpreted as highly evident; strategies of teaching with an overall mean 3.83, rated and interpreted as highly evident; SHS Program with an overall mean 4.14, rated and interpreted as highly evident; in terms of instructional materials with an overall mean 4.31, rated and interpreted as highly evident; mode delivery with the overall mean 4.08 , rated and interpreted as highly evident; physical structure with the overall 4.13, rated and interpreted as highly evident; support from stockholders with the overall mean 4.26, rated and interpreted as highly evident; model school to implement with the overall 4.52, rated and interpreted as highly evident. The statistical findings on employability of graduates revealed that 24 are employed or 59.3%; as to the nature of their job also shows 35 are contractual or 59. 3%; as to job waiting signifies more than a year with 35 or 59.3% with 59 total number of respondents. The predictors variables of the employability in the implementation of senior high program in graduates employability as to job waiting time are as follows; age (beta = -.580); parents' highest educational attainment (beta= .120); area of specialization (beta=.228); parents' income (beta=.414); job waiting as to implementation program, senior high school training (beta=.267); strategies of teaching (beta=.474); mode of delivery (beta=-305); on nature of employment are as follows; Support from stakeholders (beta=.576); instructional materials (beta=.357); physical structure (beta=.169).
The hypothesis stating that the demographic profile of the respondents and employability of the graduates predicts, singly or in combination in the implementation of SHS Program in pioneer selected high school in the national capital region (NCR) is partially accepted.
