Abstract: his study developed a content management system for Pet Adoption and Rescue Group. It specifically aims to design a system with following features: (1) create and manage website; (2) upload pet for adoption; (3) submit request rescue; and (4) post blog. The system was developed using HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX, Sublime Text as its text editor. The system was designed using Adobe Photoshop and user interface (UI) was implemented using Bootstrap UI-framework and Code Igniter for PHP as its server-side scripting language. The developed system was tested and evaluated in terms of functionality and reliability. There were 30 respondents composed of randomly selected Information Technology and Computer Science students from TUP who evaluated the system using ISO 9126, an instrument that measures software quality. The overall mean was interpreted as "Highly Acceptable". This indicates that the system is functional, reliable, usable, and efficient.--Author's Abstract.
