Abstract: The study developed a Library Book Management System with QR Code for the Manila City Library. The features of the system are (1) Circulations Management, Borrowing and Returning of Books (2) Patron Accounts Management (3) Generating of Reports. The study aimed to develop a web-based system using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. The system is working properly based on the functionality and reliability as tests conducted. The evaluation criteria were based on ISO 25010 and the overall result of the system evaluation was rated "Very Acceptable" with the frequency rating of 52%.--Author's Abstraat.
