Abstract: The study developed Industrial Relations and Job Placement Portal is for Technoloreal University of the Philippines student coordinator avers to the information of the student's status, requirements and documents. The comyany and school can interact regarding the amouncement, posted updates and news of the program and instead of written daily work activities the system is providing it to be filled out online, funhermore the evaluation record of the supervisor to the student will also be easily given online to the coordinator in-charge, The system provides the available job hiring company for newly graduate students. The system was developed using software such as Sublime Text, phpMyadmin, WAMP Server, as well as scripting language such as PHP and Javascript and web design tools such as HTML, CSS and Bockstrap 3 Framework, It was evaluated by 30 respondents composed of 25 FF students and 5 IT professionals wing the 18O 9126. The 30 respondents give a total of 75.28% in the functionality, reliability, ability, efficiency, maintainability and in portability as highly acceptable rate for the system. This result serves as the basis for appropriate features of the developed system.--Author's Abstract.
