The Home Finder website is an innovative online platform that aims to transform the process of finding the ideal home. Our website provides a quick and effective alternative for anyone looking to purchase or rent a new home, with a user-friendly lavout and a wide range of available homes. Using sophisticated search filters, Users can narrow their selections based on price, location, amenities, and other specific criteria. Each property listing includes detailed information such as photographs, descriptions, and contact information for property owners. Home Finder's intuitive design and comprehensive features enable clients to effortlessly find their dream home while providing benefits to apartment owners by connecting them with potential customers. The Home Finder website is developed using a structured framework incorporating React, Node.js, Next.js, Gradle, and MongoDB. Administrators have privileged access and can effectively manage various aspects of the website. Through the administrator dashboard, they can view and modify user profiles for landlords and renters, ensuring effective moderation and maintaining the integrity of the user base. Administrators can also create or update user accounts, granting or canceling access as needed. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to gathering information on available apartments, their features, services, and pricing, allowing customers and property owners to make better decisions. The effectiveness of the Home Finder system was proven by its ability to provide a user-friendly interface, meet user demands, and achieve its intended goals. The survey findings verify the successful development and implementation of the system, demonstrating its capacity to provide users with a high-quality experience. The Home Finder system study ensures that user feedback is considered and implemented in future additions and improvements. The survey results confirm that the system met the specified requirements and received an overall mean of 3.67 interpreted as "Very acceptable".--Author's Abstract.
