The study developed a system called "Events Place Finder". It aims to attain the following features : (a) to find the venue in line with the user's budget and location (b) to easily log in using user's Facebook or Google account (c) to help the user and company to act with one another by using a Live Chat function (d) to rate and post a review to the particular scene place (e) to tally the client that is accessing to the specific scene (f) to expect organization to display Mayor's permit and Philgeps registration for approval, and (g) to create an attractive design. he system was developed with the use of Android Studio, Firebase Database and Adobe Photoshop. The system was evaluated using a survey instrument with criteria based on ISO 25010: 2011 Systems and Software Quality Model. The application obtained an overall mean of 91.24% for the rating of 4, and interpreted as "Highly Acceptable." It indicated that the Events Place Finder is very functional, usable, and reliable.--Author's Abstract.
